  1. Good morning! Thank you for the text/email this morning!! I always feel inspired by your writings and postings.

    Most of my weekday mornings begin before 4:00 AM. My week days begin with 45+ minutes of cardio “sweat equity” on the treadmill, rower, and spin bike. While my intent is to keep my cardiovascular system in good shape, the greatest benefit from the effort is the “brain reset” that comes with every workout. This “reset” is the perfect preparation for my scripture study and prayer that follow.

    I’ll be checking in on your blog much more regularly so that I can get recharged before my day really gets going!
